For all those of you who’ve spent any time at a Las Vegas lately, you’ll have seen the surge in advertising for sports gambling apps. While mobile betting has long been a prestige at the international sportsbooks (see our top 5 listing here, it has turned into a new and flourishing trend in the Sin City. This is a movement that’s far welcomed by the sports community as a whole and it opens up a slew of advantages for the conventional sports bettor.
Let’s touch on the great number of benefits that this brings about for the bettor.
Advantages to Sports Betting Apps
1. No waiting in line at sports counter: There may be nothing more frustrating then trying to run up to the counter to place a bet before a game starts only to come across the line ten people deep! This all but guarantees that you will not receive your bet in on time. This is commonplace during soccer season and while other big sporting events are taking place, like March Madness. With the sports gambling apps, one is literally a couple clicks away from getting their wager placed.
2. No longer missing tickets: One only has to perform a quick Google search on »missing sportsbook tickets » to see the variety of topics that sports bettors have experienced with lost tickets. Whether the area maid pulled your ticket out or you lost it after an evening of heavy drinking, this is an all-too-common event. In the online world, the cash from your winning ticket is automatically deposited to your account, thus eliminating all lost tickets.
3. Bet from anywhere (from Nevada): While checking out the most recent lines, you discovered that the chances dropped on your own Washington Nationals from -170 to -130. This wager now makes sense to you. The problem is that your wife (spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, or whomever) convinced one to go to tour the Hoover Dam this afternoon and you are miles away from the nearest sportsbook. Well, now using the sport app revolution, you can place this bet throughout the tour. All the applications use geolocation on your phone and this decides if you are in the state of Nevada. If you are not, then the software won’t work on your telephone to their fullest capacity (i.e. you will not be able to make stakes ).
4. Get best chances from variety of novels: Although we buried this stage at #4, it is by far the most important of all the things we mention here. Each sportsbook conveys slightly different chances. To see the different lines that one can find on baseball, for example, see MLB odds at different Las Vegas sportsbooks. We recommend that one puts cash in three or more accounts to take advantage of the best pricing the different novels offer. In this manner, no matter where you are at in Nevada, one can shop around to find the best odds available.
5. Live betting: Lastly, we absolutely love the ability to live bet games! In most sports, activity moves far too quickly for live gambling to be realistic in the traditional sense of sport betting (return and read our primary reason for loving the sports gambling app revolution). However, with the ability to wager at your fingertips, live gambling becomes possible.
Before we proceed, you will find two quick notes. One, we’ve reviewed the CG Technology program and it does not even come close to making the list. It is marred with crashes and an extremely poor design. Two, there were rumors which Caesar’s will have an app prepared by soccer season in 2017. If and when this happens, then we will update this review.
Now, we move on to our list of top sports betting programs.
Best Nevada Sports Betting Apps
This list now only includes the sports gambling apps that we have reviewed.
#10 — B Associated Sports
The B Connected Sports app is not a bad program at all and is backed by Boyd Gaming, which has a bunch of casinos that are off the strip. At this point, there simply is not anything to place this app apart from the top programs on this listing.

#9 — Treasure Island Mobile Sports
The program (built by Miomni) is strong. The downside is that Treasure Island doesn’t have a huge offering of sports at their publication. To find this app, one has to have a Treasure Island Player’s Club card (that is fairly standard). Still another drawback is that gambling through the program does not get you some specials rewards or points together with all the Player’s Club. To put it differently, there is really no good reason to using this app over some of the better ones farther down this list. On a positive side note, there is no greater place than Treasure Island to play Blackjack on the strip!

#8 — CG Technology
An individual can make the argument that this is a great app to get so that you have a variety in odds, but that is the only reason we would now recommend it. We found this program to be bothersome buggy and not particularly user friendly. However, as our last review on this app there have been a lot of bug fixes which have made this program a lot more stable than previously. If CG Technology can keep this trajectory in tact then they can move up this record come football season.

#7 — PlayMGM
PlaymgmFor the time being, the PlayMGM program has a lot more negatives then positives. We will begin with the drawbacks. To begin with, we absolutely can not stand the first home display of the app. In every other sports betting app that we employed, one only must type in their pin or password to log into the apparatus.
PlayMGM home display PlayMGM Home Screen
With the PlayMGM program, you have to type your pin and then your date of birth each and every moment. Second, once within the app, the home page interface is messy and elaborate (see picture to the right). We can not really be certain what the program makers were thinking here. It looks like their effort was to make the biggest games easy to discover, but what you’re left with is a hodgepodge of games all over the screen. This makes finding a game more difficult then if a easy interface was used. Third, which is not actually the fault of the program, the odds at MGM would be the worst which you’ll find in Vegas. If anyone can find a sportsbook that requires a higher vigthen please send us a message and tell us. Last, the stakes that are made do not connect in anyway to the MLife program.
On the flip side, the PlayMGM program does work really nicely. We have yet to encounter any crashes, major hiccups, or any other type of drawback regarding the use of this program. PlayMGM also one of a few sports betting apps that features live gambling! And with live gambling, MGM pretty much knocks it out of the park with choices on a lot of games and a seamless procedure to get those bets in quickly.
While this app surely needs some work, we believe it is a pretty decent start to PlayMGM.

#6 — Wynn
Wynn SportsThe program was built and is powered by Miomni Gaming which is a company that has built a few of the sportsbook programs for Nevada casinos. Their programs are typically well done and the job they did together with the Wynn didn’t disappoint.
Wynn Sports App
As is a common theme that you will notice in this site, there is not too much disparity between the apps which were made by Miomni Gaming. Their arrangement and look is very consistent across the board and there are restricted differences. With that said, the things that set the apps apart are generally in how the sportsbooks function themselves. The Wynn does not need much encouraging as they’re renowned as a wonderful property!
The signup at the property has been fairly standard. One wants to complete a lot of forms and also a W-9 and wait about ten minutes while a customer support agents inputs all the information to a computer. The first deposit is immediately deposited along with the bettor is prepared to go.
The program interface is consistent and solid. Like MGM however, the Wynn is a little bit slow to get their lines out for competitions. Unlike MGM, nevertheless, the Wynn has competitive lines with a very low vig along with a selection of sports which matches with the top sportsbooks in Las Vegas.

#5 — NV Sports
NV Sports logoNV Sports is your app that is backed by the legendary South Point Casino and the Rampart Casino at Summerlin.
NV Sports Home Screen
NV Sports Home Screen
The very first thing that we really enjoy about the program is that it doesn’t seem like all the others. The interface is straightforward and efficient that every category of matches coming with an accompanying logo. A very cool feature (the shockingly nobody else has done yet) is that the »Enabled » feature which shows up on the screen allowing the user to know if the games are able to be wager.
Even though the South Point Sports Book is available 24 hours a day, the sports app has more restricted hours in the assortment of 9am to 11pm (though this varies daily and is subject to change). A fantastic benefit to incorporating the NV Sports program to your arsenal is that they are from the upper-tier of sportsbooks concerning line offerings. To put it differently, they have greater chances than most sportsbooks and is thus a location you can get the most value.

#4 — Caesar’s Sports
Caesar’s SportsThough Caesar’s was quite late in the match in getting their program to market, they introduced the product in December of 2017. The program was done by Miomni Gaming and as mentioned before, there is reallyn’t much to differentiate this app from others which were produced by them. The 1 advantage that does set Caesar’s apart from the Wynn is that you do earn Reward Credits and Tier Credits as you would if you put a stake in one of those Caesar’s property sportsbooks. The credits now take approximately 48 hours to appear in your Total Rewards account, but Caesar’s is working on an upgrade to make this happen in real time. This program is still a work-in-progress, and also for the time being, we will slot Caesar’s here from the 4th spot.

#3 — Westgate
Westgate Superbook App Westgate Baseball Menu
Westgate Baseball Menu
Frankly, narrowing the top three wasn’t an easy task as each of the subsequent 3 programs can make a situation to become #1. The Superbook at the Westgate currently sits on top of the listing for our Top 5 Las Vegas Sportsbooks and their program provides all of the very same odds that their brick-and-mortar business uses.
One of the biggest advantage of using the Westgate Superbook program is that their breadth of alternatives for gambling. Just considering baseball, one can see in the image on the right the options for alternate run lines, home runs, the Cy Young award, etc.. As we write this review, we couldn’t find any other sportsbook programs that had these choices to wager and this is only baseball! The Superbook also covers a wide variety of »Automobiles », Australian Rules Football, and school baseball playoffs to list a couple. Further, the Superbook generally has the lowest vig of all of the sportsbooks, therefore there’s nowhere you can go to get more value for your money. If all of this were not enough, the Superbook now has the best rewards program going with each $3.30 bet earning a stage in the Westgate Player’s Club. With every 100 points equaling a $1 at free stuff, some huge bets can earn you a generous amount of freebies!
There are two downsides to using the Superbook program. One is they appear to be somewhat constrained in the amount of occasions that you can live bet. Two, and this is a little one, is that we didn’t receive any bonus for enrolling.
All said and done, we certainly think that this app needs to be added to your arsenal of sports gambling apps!

#2 — STN Sports
STN Sports AppSTN Sports is a part of the Stations Casino brand which owns and runs are variety of casinos that are situated off the main strip in Las Vegas. As a side note, if you have not been to a few of those casinos then we highly suggest checking them out. Across the board, these are well-run casinos in Las Vegas and their machines have the most competitive odds in town. This app can also be made by Miomni Gambling and, as we mentioned previously, they do a very good job with their programs.
There are an assortment of things that we love about this app. First, once your initial wager is made, you are automatically given thirty dollars in free play to use in a Stations Casino. Second, this is one of only two sportsbook apps that currently ties in the rewards program (that can be found in SCLV). For every dollar wager online sport, the bettor gets one stage and one credit in their player’s card. At the moment, 100 points equal a dollar, and all of this may be used free of charge drama, dining or other amenities at the casinos. This advantage was that the deciding factor in placing STN Sports ahead of the Superbook app.
The 1 disadvantage for STN Sports is their lack of live betting on most occasions, but this is really the only real downside to the STN Sports program. Overall, it should be evident that we give this one quite substantial marks as it comes in at #2 on our list.

#1 — William Hill
William Hill Sports AppLast however, we come to our current favorite sports betting app in William Hill. A sportsbook based out of the United Kingdom, William Hill started placing their footprints in the U.S. within the previous five decades or so. They are a very reputable book and their business is well respected.
William Hill Betting Screen
William Hill Betting Screen
The sole downside to William Hill is that it is a third-party sportsbook that doesn’t tie to any casino rewards program. This isn’t a terribly huge drawback since STN Sports is now the only program that rewards the bettor through their player’s club.
We place the William Hill Program at #1 for a couple of important factors. To start, they’ll pay a free 10% promotion on any initial deposit up to $500. This includes a 1x rollover, therefore if $500 is deposited then one will see their $50 bonus as soon as they make their first $500 in stakes. Second, the gambling interface is well designed and user friendly. An individual can see in the example to the right exactly what the gambling screen appears like for Major League Baseball. Third, William Hill places a close second to the Superbook in the amount of sports betting options that they have available. Last, and it is the thing that actually sets William Hill apart, is their broad assortment of event selection for live betting. That is, undoubtedly, the most remarkable live betting system which we reviewed in their thickness, usability and options.
So, for now, William Hill is the best sports book app! We’ll review these apps every six weeks or so and supply updates and adjustments if there are any!
